ENTRIES have opened for Australia’s biggest championship car rally of the year, the International Rally of Queensland, offering a free “wild card” opportunity for four drivers to test their skills against top overseas competitors on the Sunshine Coast late next month.
Simon and Sue Evans have won the Coffs Coast Rally, their first Australian Rally Championship (ARC) event win for 2010, and have jumped to the top of the ARC points table.
Steven Shepheard is looking to break into the top five in the Australian Rally Championship standings at the Coffs Coast Rally next weekend, with the GSA Wholesale Suspension Rally Team primed for a return to rallying on the East Coast of Australia.
