Ferrari found a way to win in Germany but managed to do so in a way that left no one satisfied. For Aussie Mark Webber though the race turned into a grind as he battled a oil consumption problem to come home in 6th place.

Turn one was always going to be a interesting affair at the Brithish Grand Prix. With the tension inside the Red Bull camp, the drivers were not likely to give each other much room into turn one.
Whilst on paper the outcome of Qualifying was another Red Bull front row, events in the lead up have seen the team accused of favouritism. Mark Webber again had to be happy with second fastest, in a session the Red Bull team dominated from start to finish.
